When will i get the results of my test?

We are proud of our focus on prompt delivery of results. For urgent studies, results are phoned immediately to your referring physician. Results are generally faxed to your referring physician within 24 hours of the exam. Exceptions include some imaging studies where extensive computer time is needed, which may take a little longer for interpretation. If you have specific concerns, please speak with your technologist.

How do i obtain a copy of my films or report,or ask that be sent to my physician?

You can call the center where your exam was done or call our centralized scheduling to request a report.

Can I bring my family to my imaging appointment?

All imaging procedures require that only the patient remain in the room during the exam. Because the patient requires our full attention. If you wish to bring your children, you must arrange for another adult to supervise your children during your procedure.

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours vary from site to site and based on the type of exams performed. Our normal business hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

How do i find out how to prepare for my procedure?

Exam preparation for each procedure is provided during the scheduling process. To assure you follow the proper preparations and for further clarification, you should call Centralized Scheduling at 877.345.4244 or contact the center where your exam is scheduled.

Do I need to present my insurance card at every visit?

Yes. In order to file an insurance claim on your behalf, we must collect current and complete insurance information for every date of service.

Can I use my order from another company to come to your clinics?

We accept any written order from a physician that is written on either a physician’s prescription form, or a Radiology request form (from any Radiology practice).

Do I need physicians order for all tests?

We provide imaging at the request of a referring physician and reports results directly to that physician. A patient must always have an order for the imaging.

How long do i have to wait to schedule an appointment?

Most exams can be scheduled same day or next day but in few cases many variables impact the availability of an appointment. such as insurance requirements, time slots requested and as pre-certifications, which can cause a little bit delay.
